At EDU eShop, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. If you wish to exchange a product, please review the policy below –
Customers may request an exchange within 2 days after the delivery date of the product.
Exchange requests made after this period will not be accepted.
To qualify for an exchange:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
The product must include original tags and packaging (if applicable).
Proof of purchase or delivery confirmation must be provided.
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
Items purchased on clearance or special discount (unless the item is defective)
All exchange requests must be made within the East Delta University campus.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the same product is unavailable, customers may exchange for another item of equal value.
Refunds are not available; only exchanges are allowed.
EDU eShop reserves the right to approve or decline exchange requests in accordance with this policy.
