Exchange Policy

At EDU eShop, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. If you wish to exchange a product, please review the policy below –

Exchange Eligibility

  • Customers may request an exchange within 2 days after the delivery date of the product.

  • Exchange requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • The product must include original tags and packaging (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase or delivery confirmation must be provided.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Items purchased on clearance or special discount (unless the item is defective)

Exchange Process

  • All exchange requests must be made within the East Delta University campus.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the same product is unavailable, customers may exchange for another item of equal value.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are not available; only exchanges are allowed.

  • EDU eShop reserves the right to approve or decline exchange requests in accordance with this policy.
